The Set comes with 4 Salt Blocks and should be used with the SALTAIR Salt Tray.

The SALTAIR Salt Blocks fit perfectly into the SALTAIR Salt Tray and give your DRYAGER a great salt look. The salt also helps to regulate the humidity and influences the taste of the matured products. Released salt molecules diffuse with the meat and give a touch of salt.

The salt blocks can last for about 2 years. In combination with the SALTAIR Salt Tray they are the perfect solution to have real salt in the DRYAGER. No salt liquid gets into the device because of the tray and you can use the advantages of the salt optimally.

We recommend checking the SALTAIR Salt Tray weekly and draining any collected liquid.
