The Half Shelf is the perfect complement to the DRYAGER UX 1000, it takes up only half the depth of the DRYAGER and can therefore still be pushed into the unit even if larger pieces of meat are hanging in the rear of the DRYAGER. This allows you to load the DRYAGER even more efficiently and makes perfect use of the available space.
The Shelf can be inserted at any possible position in the DRYAGER and can be loaded up to 55 lb per grate.
Note:
The grate cannot be inserted all the way to the back of the appliance. It can only be inserted up to the front half. Maximum of 5 Shelves for a practical division in the DRYAGER.
