Charcuterie Shelf – UX 750 PRO

To mature sausages, salami and ham in the DRYAGER in the best possible way, the charcuterie shelf is required. Thanks to the ingenious arrangement of “attachment lugs”, sausages, pairs of sausages or hams can be attached ideally. This guarantees a perfect flow of air and best Dry Aging results.

An ingenious 2-in-1 solution for sausage and ham products. Depending on your requirements, there are two ways of using this Charcuterie Shelf. Simply by inverting the shelf, the refined grid shape can be used for different types of sausage and ham. This is the ideal way to hang strings of sausage and hams, as well as pairs of sausage.

A) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing upwards: strings of sausage or sausage yarn can simply be hung over each lug.

B) ‘Attachment lugs’ pointing downward: this is an effortless way to attach pairs of sausage in the ‘notch’.
